Shop around a bit if your looking for a underwater fish camera. I ended up picking up a Aqua Vu SPC-80 Color camera offline a few weeks ago for $197.00 CDN shipped with a spare battery.
I tried it out on the weekend and love it. It works awesome.

4-inch daylight-viewable LCD monitor
80 feet of 200-pound-test cable
Built-in 1.2 amp 12-volt battery which provides up to 3-hours of continuous use
plus battery charger SPC-80
Color Emerald Shiner fish camera with 12 white lights for twilight viewing
Video Out jack for video recording or outputting to auxiliary TV
Auxiliary Power Cord with cigarette lighter end to plug into a boat's 12-volt system
Soft-sided carrying case
Easy crank-up cable storage
90-day repair warranty

X2 on that one. Love mine, good color screen and no more tangled up cords. My only complaint is the batter life (2 Hours on mine MAX).
