Here's how good the customer service is a Bow River TroutFitters!!
Back in October I purchased a Simms "
Solarflex Hoody" for my wife's b-day present in a medium. When she tried it on the sleeves were way too long so I returned it and Chris (the manager) ordered me another one in a small (but in a different colour as they didn't have any in the original [preferred] colour in stock at the distribution centre).
Anyway, the shipment was delayed and I wanted her to have it for our trip to Mexico last week and the new shirt didn't come in... Chris took the original medium shirt (in the preferred colour) into Spirt West and got the sleeves shortened (after coming over to our house and measuring the sleeves), for no charge!!
I wish there were more stores that went out of their way to satisfy their customers!!!
