NAFA May 2014 offering for coyotes is 115,000. Processing 10K to 15K coyotes per season is plausible for a big operation but everyone would have to know about the place so they knew where to take their yotes. Halfords Hides used to buy whole coyotes to skin/flesh but I wouldn't know how many that they averaged per year. It definitely wouldn't be someone like me working in my garage processing that many.....lol!
