I'm guessing you'll be very impressed by the performance of the 4 blade.
I'd never go back to a 3 blade. The 4 blade gives you increased hole shot, more overall lifting power (not just bow lift), better low speed handling/throttle response, increased cruising mpg, and in most cases, roughly the same WOT speeds. The biggest advantage is in handling. The 4 blade just grips the water so much better in all conditions.
Going to a 4 blade prop is like 4X4 for your boat.
