The Rangers aren't the Army!! Oh and the trials for these rifles were conducted by professional full time Infantry soldiers with input and participation from the Rangers in Arctic conditions so are you saying you know better than them?
Oh, and every professional army in the world still uses bolt guns! The Rangers mandate is NOT defence! It is presence, nothing more.
