I don't think the government works over the weekend, so if the 2023-24 reg won't come out by tomorrow, does that mean we could do whatever we want on April 1?
I'm pretty sure we could buy the license for 2023-24 season now. If the regulation is not in place, then we won't be able to violate any rules, since...there is no rules set.
I personally won't challenge it, but it is so funny to think about.
