both wife and I have on our bows and love them. Completely removes an entire step when preparing for a shot. Rather than pick up a hand held, range, put down, pick up bow, point, shoot, you simply have to pick up bow, range point and shoot. I find it helps minimize movement and when your inside 50yrds, thats huge. As far as weight goes, I don't even notice a difference nor does the wife and she is small so I wouldn't let that stand as a hang up. They are pricey imo for what they are, but I do feel as thought they improve efficiency, remove a few steps that require movment, and promote ethical shooting.
