I was taught that you cannot have too much of one thing without balance when it comes to stuff like bullets, cartridges and firearms.
bullets need to be able to withstand the velocity they are pushed to, and must perform to the expectations of terminal impact on an animal.

To that end, ti doesn't matter so much what bullet or cartridge case is used an long as both balance each other out, and that is up to the user to decide how they are going to make the adjustment to make that happen.
