I figure it’s greed that always gets people caught with these nefarious things. Why be happy with 10000$ when you could have 1000000$ type of mentality. Instead of printing fake 5$-10$ or 1$-5$here in the USA, they go for 50-100$bills. Using one in general brings attention to the transaction. By sticking with smaller denominations people don’t think twice and the most affluent down to the poorest use small currency.
