We tried last weekend to get to our usual spot on the North east side of the lake but it looks like the Hutterites but up a fence right across the road we take. We ended up on the south side across the dam and only caught 2 pike in 3 hours of fishing. Not bad for the first time out but we usually do better on the North side.

We went back today and the strand of wire has been removed where it crosses the road to the lake. We had a pretty good day. Landed 3 pike and 3 walleye. Also had one small pike come off at the hole and another rather big pike break my line. We even seen 2 decent sized perch on the camera but they were too small to bite my jig & minnow. Ice was around 12"
