No problem
The bolt being stuck forward after firing seems like a stuck case pressure problem. Is your fired brass clean and unmarked after the warranty repair?
I would try a different box of factory loads and if your having the same issues, seek out a gunsmith. They should be able to diagnose your issue if you give them some problem brass.
