I have become very intolerant of the BS many places try to feed me. If you are not happy with the condition of a brand new gun make them replace it or give you your money back. To say a new gun should look like it has been used because it is Police style issue is pure nonsense. From what I could see in the pictures that gun is in poor condition, even for a used gun.
