Everything looks good there. Try Remington factory loads. It will do two things. Determine if you had possible overpressure from the Federal factory loads, which is unlikely but possible. And the case head diameter of Remington brass is usually on the larger size of spec which will help with extraction.
If it doesn't work reliably, either see if a gunsmith can fix it or fight with savage for a return/refund.
