Exactly, but the e-mails from AHEIA that some people were posting on Facebook, did not specify that it was for first time hunters only, so people were assuming that it was for all hunters. That just added to the panic, that had already started.
I see that the thread is up on AHA again, but minus some posts, so the site mods must have had it offline for some cleanup.
