Made a quick Butter Chicken the other day.
Small dice chicken approx. 1 lb
1 can drained Chick Peas
1/2 head of Cauliflower cut into small florets.
1/2 cup water
1 jar Butter Chicken Sauce.
Set to saute with a splash of oil
Sear Chicken add Cauliflower, Chick Peas and water.
Set for manual 3 minutes.
Natural Release-Open and Add Butter Chicken Sauce-Set Saute and cook down to proper Sauce Consistency
