So the old native fellow in the old blue chev selling truckloads (literally) of netted frozen walleye pike and whitefish logs on the south east corner of Hwy 16 and 17 Lloydminster is likely doing it illegally? He has parked there for years, wonder why nothing has been done?
Can he get a license to do this I wonder?
