Pinehurst lake update.
Just got home from 2 days at Pinehurst. 4 feet of solid ice, and no problem driving across lake with 4X4. Fishing was fairly slow, but we managed about 30 pike. Saw some big ones coming out, 20, 17, 16, 14 lbs. One guy I talked to got a 29 lb. this year, and another got a 24 the other day. Our best was 13 lbs. Also can someone tell me what is a good auger to get. I need a new one and now they are on sale in some places. Thanks.
