I was in an outdoor store in Minnesota a few years back and I walked by the handgun section. I stopped to look in the case and the sales guy hands what looked like a snub nosed .38 revolver or something to the guy next to me and proceeds to tell him that the benifit of this gun is that if he had it in his jacket pocket and needed to fire from inside the pocket, a revolver wouldn't jam or get caught up in the fabric like the slide on pistol. Quite the sales pitch. I remember thinking only in America could I hear this.
