Frankly speaking you should buy g17 ,CZ75 ,S&W MP ,Jericho 941 ,Walther PPQ M2 ,HKP30L ,SIG226 all in 9mm and then in few years you will be expert in this matter and post here which guns you like the most with full review.
If you buying any of above mentioned and planning shooting couple 1000 rounds a year-it wouldn't matter what you bought-at this low count of shooting they all will be good and reliable,
Buy whatever gun you fall in love from first sight-in any case all of them cheap (*****s)entry guns.(after few years of shooting you will decide if you need 3.5K and up guns) Hope I helped you to make decision .Cheers
