length affects spine....
hard to know depending on arrow spine etc.
I had a pro shop that is no longer in business fortunately, cut the arrows of an archer I was coaching because they were "too long" they were left that long to get proper spine and best arrow flight in a fat aluminum shaft....
SO!.... to me flight is more important than some guys opinion....
I am a 29 3/8 draw at 60# and have arrows right from 28" to 31" depending on the purpose, type of arrow, weight of point etc....
