I just put together my new silverback and saw that the instructions say to use pellets that are 100 percent hardwood and give less than 2 percent ash, which this Canawick does meet. Would be nice if someone out there has a definitive answer on these. Funny how the price is actually what’s stopping me from cooking with them.
