I've got the 8" lite flight and haven't had any issues with it. I've had a few operators of mine have it cut out but I think it was because they weren't holding the dead man switch tight enough. I couldn't go back to gas at this point but time will tell.
I also doubt how many total inches it will drill. Will give it a good workout this weekend in the Lakeland.
