Can we assume that this was the indigenous person that was providing these services under which the other people were taking illegal game ????? if so does anyone believe that he will comply with this 15 year judicial order and report all hunting activity ?? and what good is a 6 year recreational hunting licence suspension ( which he doesn't need anyway if he is indigenous ) am I missing something here, if so someone please clarify for me.
