I'll echo these tips. This area has always been productive for us from the bridge past Waldo Cove on the east side of the lake around the Baynes Lk area. Fished a few times with friends that have a place in Baynes, not this year though. Trolled a Ford Fender with a pink Dick Nite trailing, never needed maggots but they work too. We seemed to pick up squawfish when we slowed down or got too close to shore. Didn't use downriggers but I'm gonna guess we were down about 15-20 ft. GL!
