If you like fish soup and there are some good types the fat in them make them excellent for that.. My mother used to make an old country spicy fish soup very similar to the old Joeys Only spicy Hungarian fish soup,, she got the recipe from my fathers mom who was Hungarian.. She made it exclusively with white fish.. Man that was good soup.. It would stand the hair up on the back of you neck and make you sweat out about a months worth of beer but man was that good stuff..
Even fried its good you just have to fry it a bit longer to pull more of the fat out of it.. Personely I will take a white over lousy snot rocket any day..
