Check your junk mails. If it's not there, email them.
I had a few instances that they sent them but it went to my junk mail. Junk mail auto deleted after some time.
Emailed them and they said it was sent. Then they resend it.
Also, when you receive, make sure you add the sender as not junk or a familiar source to prevent in the future
