If you buy a $10 membership to the party you DO get to vote on who will be the next leader. This is true for all Parties. This membership also allows you to vote for who will be the candidate in the next election for your riding. This is true Federally and Provincially though it requires two separate memberships.
Amazes me how many people don't know how our political system works.
