That'll cost you and I don't think that it should. That was your decision but given the option I would have looked for a refund.
I've seen tons of Military boots with Vibram soles and lots of miles on them. I've never seen anything like your boots especially in such a short period of time. If that was happening in the Military it would have sparked a total recall.
