3 pin is not enough for me.
Would go with a 4 or 5 pin at least.

I am happy with my Spot Hog but.. it's really heavy.

So I'ld ask these guys with the other sights just how heavy
are they ?

I expect most will come in about 1/2 as heavy as spot hog.
As far as hunting it's not a concern but target shot after shot it is.
You'll find your bow arm dropping.
And you have to compensate for that.

So if you looking for a sight to use both target and hunting...
Ask these posters how heavy is that sight ?

If someone claims a really light weight ask them about a "buz or noise"
when they shoot.
