From what I can gather there isn't much "waiting for the facts" left to be done here, this pilot project is a done deal except for some minor details.
Thank goodness we have a few people here that are willing to "squeal like piglets cut off from the chop trough", it's a hell of a lot better than being sheep blindly following the sheperd toward their demise, or at least, losing their comfy wool.

The number 1 complaint SRD gets is the lack of access for hunting in the south. They attempt to do something to help out and a whole lot of you would have them drawn and quartered before they get the chance to finish it. At least let them get the final details worked out and then if you are unhappy take them to task.
