This area is anything but rugged. 5 minutes south and half of the city people will be driving by. There is next to no dangerous wildlife close by, and any that come near, will stay away from such a large group. It is just of the beaten path, and there will be lots of noise. But remember to listen to your old man, after all he is the head of the house.
