Brown Trout in New Zealand, Taimen in Mongolia, dune buggies on the Baja Peninsula for Roosterfish are all trips I hope to try some time. I have been fortunate enough to go on quite a few different fishing trips and so far Tarpon on the fly has been my highlight with second place going to Bonefish on the fly.
