I would caution against the "apple-butter-mesquite" wings....they have a nice ring off the tongue....BUT If you have ever hunted and just shot a mule deer.....the smell when you first cut open the gut to dress the animal.....you know the organs and warm blood smell......thats how the wings smell and the taste is probably not far off....I could only get 3 down to be polite, the rest went back and some hot wings replaced them
