It's not a dial it's a B ballistic R reticle I think that's what the BR stands for and then the H is either heavy or hunting because they have a BRX reticle which has a fine reticle for target. I had a Z5 with the BRX reticle and even though I have good eyesight I found it too fine for hunting.
