To enable the PM's, click on your name at the top of the screen. That will bring up your profile and hit "User CP" at the top left. That will bring up a bunch of options on the left hand side of the screen. Hit "User Options" and then scroll down and make sure that the checkbox next to "Enable Private Messaging" is checked. |
