You’ll be lucky to get yourself out of the bottom let alone a deer. It’s seriously slippery and dangerous.

I've been hunting southern mulies for a couple years and thought the same thing my first year down there. I think that's the natural behaviour for them after they get pressured a bit. Really have to take this into account and set up at a good distance and glass, put them to bed and stalk in very slow. Using any terrain cover is also a key.
