I'm really surprised and disappointed with back home in NL over this. The province is chock full of hunters. You can't drive through rural NL without seeing a set of moose antlers above practically every garage or shed door. 30,000 moose licences issued every year, I emailed it to a bunch of friends and family back home and most emailed me back saying they'd signed it but that number is embarrassingly low. My Dad said the same thing. Sad.
