Nice, so jealous!! Never been however I have spent many a day walking the flats next island over in Cayo Coco...you don't need a license but hiring a guide for a day would be something to consider. There's quite a bit of info on Coco in this forum, do a search you'll come up with some good ideas for Santa Maria, same water same fish!!
