fished cayo coco few weeks ago......fishing was awesome, so many different kinds of fish. fresh shrimp was the ticket for me, the bonefish went crazy one night and lots and lots if needlefish and grunts.
I didn't take my fly rod and regretted it so giver hell.......grass shrimp patterns I would think for the bonefish.
the local guys when you can communicate with them will give you lots of info.
