YOU need to know the facts. The artical clearly states that cannabis is not physically addictive, only psychological.

Anyone can develop psychological addictions/ dependances. Just like how people can become addicted to online shopping or cheeseburgers or trash TV or iphones.....

Think less than 1:10 people are addicted to their smartphone?
