A 25-06 is not any different than a 243 or 270 imo.
A 270 win will do everything a 25-06 will do and then some. Truthfully its hard to improve on the 270 win
I would look upwards of a 30-06, maybe a 300 or 338 mag to be different than what you already have.
A walnut blued mountain rifle or cdl/bdl are all good suggestions
