I recall those days, normally found any active Whites in the shallows in the early am and then just before sunset .... the remainder of the day they were scattered just cruising at various depths over deep water (18-25ft) very difficult to get them interested so I spent more time working the shallows looking for different bottom structure & semi-active fish. Fishin should improve over the next week.

Hey Zip !!! Great to hear from you . Thank you for the advice. I plan on going next Friday. I hope your enjoying your time away. Zip I was at Lesser Slave Lake a few weeks ago . The fishing on a traditional jig head and minnow was not producing . Fishing was flat. For the heck of it I tried your red wire worm pattern with the green glow bead. Zip I was catching Walleye and Perch consistently and the odd white fish. My friends were shocked
