LOL - No. Not quite.
I think it's a whole lot about nothing talk and they still need to work out a bunch of litigation and try ratifying something that makes sense without crossing the line of freedom of speech in consideration of censorship and/or regulation.
If this legislation is strictly about liability - it's unlikely to change much.
That's my perspective on it - hard to say until we see details instead of 20 minutes of really no substance.
I do agree there needs to be some accountability (not sure if this is the correct mechanism or who should regulate that) HOWEVER there's a very slippery slope and a fine line there.
