We cut off the tail meat, and the tips of the lions that are in the cut off head, they dont leave you with much..we sashimi'd some of it, very good! Strong though! I will be bringing some soy sauce, ginger and wasabi this year! Just talked to my buddy, he has been macerel fishing and said they are marking lots, so they are ready to go any time!
