I think it depends alot on who trains the dog. Have owned border collies, rough collies, blue and red heelers,chihuahuas, jack russels, and mutts. All of them were good at certain tasks or commands but dumb at other things(like some humans)
I think the Jack Russel is rated too high.
The one I have now is just good at huntin and killin and trying to convince me to do things his way.
