The list seems to be put together by an amateur, rather than a versed dog connoisseur.
Not only he missed some very well-established and documented breeds, but he uselessly doubled on others.
Aside from the fact that I do not know of a generally accepted list that grades dog intelligence, nor of a standard test to rank them.
I appreciate the initiative, but I call BS on the actual value... and this does not reflect in any way on the OP
