I've been shooting them for over a year now and have no complaints. When I first started I used cheap Beamans or Easton Powerflights, which were good to me and I didnt worry about breaking them at 3D or losing them in the gopher patch. Tried a couple of Carbon Express arrows (Mutiny and Mayhems - I think) both were fine. The Gold Tips are great for me not too spendy, because I still miss the odd shot at 3D, and still lose arrows in the gopher patch. They are tough and plenty accurate for me, got my first robin hood at 30 yards last week with them!

As far as nocks, I just use the ones that come with the arrrows, unless i am using my Nockturnal lighted nocks, which I really like.
