I know i dont want Rottweiler, bulldog, great dane, blue healer, dobberman.

Look up Sarplaninac. Natural born protector that cannot be better with kids. No wolf or coyote or any kind of predators ever will bother you. Highly intelligent dogs that would require minimal training. Everything I mentioned is mostly all genes.
I grew up with one so it comes with first hand experience
