My son got me a Kelpie for Christmas (and helped me drink it too!). It's a nice ardbeg, different though...think 'smoked trout'..in a good way. I think you'll like it.
As an aside, I've really been enjoying Irish whiskey lately, particularly the Teeling Single Malt. Highly recommend, and a good price point at around $60!
