There is a right way and a wrong way and mostly unfortunately
you get the wrong way ....Especially on Insurance Claims

Agreed.
I had a roof replaced by insurance. They went cheap. Roof started leaking right away in the winter. Company said dripping in the house was just condensation. I said I a filling a gallon jug every 3 hours...he came out.
I was there to watch. He put the ladder up to the roof. Got to the top and grabbed an outer shingle and it just came off in his hand.
Turned out our roof was low slope. Needed tar to "glue" and seal it down. Turned out they didn't have enough so just spread what they had around.
Anyways they had to reshingle. I came out to "watch that time" and they had a ton more tar with them.
